On Tuesday, Pitbull responded to his song being featured in a carriage scene in Bridgerton, which premiered on Netflix along with the first half of season three last week.
“This once again demonstrates how music is a universal language that surpasses all boundaries,” Mr. Worldwide posted on Instagram alongside a clip from the scene.
Netflix’s Bridgerton has included instrumental versions of popular songs since its first season. Part 1 of season three featured tracks from artists like BTS, Nick Jonas, Sia, Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift, and more. In episode four, an instrumental cover of Pitbull’s “Give Me Everything” featuring Ne-Yo and Afrojack was played during a carriage sex scene involving stars Colin (Luke Newton) and Penelope (Nicola Coughlan).
