Kevin Federline may go to court to ask for an increase in the child support payments he gets from ex-wife Britney Spears. He currently gets $40,000 per month— or $20,000 each for Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden James, 16 — but the agreement is based on the boys living with him 50% of the time. But Spears has barely even seen her sons for years, prompting Federline to consider asking for a change. Sean Preston also turns 18 this week, cutting the amount Federline gets to $20,000 per month until June of 2025, when Jayden graduates from high school. Federline and his wife Victoria Prince moved with the boys to Hawaii last month, a decision Spears approved. Reports have said that her erratic behavior and sexually-suggestive Instagram posts have made the boys reluctant to see their mother.
