Look what you made her do! Taylor Swift has snapped up a new townhouse in New York for $27 million, and it’s just a few doors away from the penthouse she already owns in the trendy neighbourhood of Tribeca, where her friends Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds live, along with ex-boyfriends Jake Gyllenhaal and Harry Styles.
The property really is a dream home, spanning 5,148 square foot over four floors, with all the amenities Taylor could ever want within a prime location in Manhattan. According to Trulia, the townhouse has a master suite with walk-in wardrobes and dressing rooms, along with two more bedrooms, a guest suite, gym, theatre and private terrace.

The Great Room is on the first floor, and features a large skylight to allow plenty of natural light to stream in. The room is currently furnished with colourful velvet sofas and armchairs, and leads on to the kitchen, which is fitted with limestone heated floors and Italian cabinets.

The kitchen is stylishly decorated, with dark wooden Italian cabinets, limestone heated floors and state-of-the-art appliances. The spacious room will be ideal for Taylor when entertaining her friends, with a long wooden dining table and further stools lining the kitchen.

On the lower level of Taylor’s home there are several amenities on offer, including a gym, spa steam and bar, not to mention this theatre room. With several reclining leather armchairs, it would be an ideal spot for Taylor to enjoy private date nights with boyfriend Joe Alwyn, or catch up on the latest movie releases at home.
