Arrests made in Kim Kardashian West robbery

Kim Kardashian West was bound and gagged in a shocking robbery that took place in her hotel room in Paris last October. Thieves are believed to have made off with more than ten million dollars worth of jewelry.

Kim Kardashian West was in Paris for fashion week this fall when robbers forced their way into her room, tied her up, locked her in a bathroom and her her at gunpoint.

Three months following the incident, French police have arrested 17 people (TMZ) thanks to some leftover DNA from the material used to gag her. A source involved in the investigation said many were well known for robbery and other crimes.

In addition to DNA evidence, surveillance video of the robbers fleeing the scene on bicycles also helped police.
